How flash works
- Each design is tattooed once. When it's claimed, it stays on the page as claimed.
- Every flash has its set placements, each with its own price, and I tattoo it exactly as drawn.
- Want it bigger, smaller or somewhere else? That becomes a design of your own, quoted separately.
